The township is governed by a five member Township Board of Trustees comprised of the Township Supervisor, Township Clerk, Township Treasurer, and two Trustees. All are elected by voters of the township every four years at the November Presidential Election. The board meets monthly in regular session on the 3rd Monday at 7p.m. at the Township Offices located at 13551 Myron Avery Drive, Marshall, MI.
