Township Ordinances

As a general law township, the Marshall Township Board has authority to adopt township ordinances governing various matters as may be specifically authorized by law. Violations of township ordinances are regarded generally as civil infractions under state law: however, each ordinance prescribes the penalty for non-compliance, if any.
